EATING OUT

Nyomans

Near the mangroves on the beach, experience Indonesian food traditional style. You need to check with Nyoman her first, but there’s fresh fish available depending on what they’ve caught for the day so bookings are recommended. Ask if the jacket fish is available and we suggest you just let her cook you an assortment of Indonesian dishes to sample!

Muntigs

Located at Batu Karang Resort and Day Spa, a short 15 second walk next door is Muntigs. If you’re after a romantic night out or a little bit of affordable luxury, this is your option. With an Asian and International menu,  combined with the view of Mt Agung and sunset, you have a wonderful dining setting for your holiday.

The Deck

Along the boardwalk is The Deck café & bar, located next door to Playgrounds. Healthy Bowls, Salads, Pizzas,  Burgers, home made cakes, fresh juices, smoothies, kombucha and coffee. Enjoy the sunsets while sipping on a delicious cocktail. Open 7.30am to late.

The Howff

We can’t tell you where it’s located, because we think you should go and find it yourself down a hidden set of stairs.. But it’s super close to Playgrounds. A Whisky and Gin Bar serving tapas and open from 5pm. Smart casual dress code applies and guests 18 years and over only.

Kayu

Located in the centre of Jungutbatu, delicious coffee, yummy food. Choices for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Grass area for kids to have a play. We recommend the Rendang beef tacos!
